Dosage:  1 teaspoon (1.5 grams) per day dissolved in hot water. The powder is also easy to add to shakes. A dosage contains approximately 75 mg polysaccharides and beta-glucans.

Chaga (Nonotus Obliquus) is nicknamed  black gold . This mushroom does particularly well in cold areas. That is why you will mainly find it in areas such as Canada, Siberia and Northern Europe. From the outside this black fungus looks like bandage wood but from the inside it shines.

Cordyceps Sinensis :
Himalayan gold or Cordyceps sinensis is a mushroom with a long interesting history. And with it many positive properties. These mushrooms are grown on natural, organic soils. We use the extract of this cordyceps in the vegan friendly Fantastic 5 formula.

Lion’s Mane:
Lion’s Mane, or Hericium Erinaceus, is a unique medicinal mushroom. This white fungus is also known as lion’s mane and has been given the nickname  nature’s nutrient for the neurons worldwide  . This mushroom is also often used as a supplement during microdosing.

Reishi:
Reishi (Ganoderma Lucidum) has been used in China for over 2000 years. They know it there as Lingzhi and  mushroom of immortality . A special nickname for a special fungus! Turkey Tail :
Turkey Tail (Trametes/Coriolus Versicolor) is a mushroom with an almost legendary status. In China and Japan they have been big fans of this fungus for centuries.
