The combination of ingredients provides additional support during microdosing, greatly increasing the effects.
Vitamin B3 contributes to brain and nerve functions, which are involved in your concentration. It provides extra energy when tired. At higher doses, a severe but harmless “flush” can sometimes occur. Flush is a sudden blood flow to the head and limbs with a warm, burning and/or tingling sensation. This reaction is temporary and harmless. However, the niacin is important for the best functioning of the Synergy capsules. The flush ensures that the supplements and the psilocybin are maximally absorbed and work together synergistically.
Lion’s Mane is also called nature’s brain food; there are studies that claim it stimulates the brain to produce more NGF (nerve growth factors). These are responsible for the production, growth and maintenance of neurons in the brain. NGF is specifically responsible for the production of myelin sheaths, a layer around brain cells that protects and increases the conduction of stimuli between cells. Unfortunately, as we age, these sheaths can become damaged and the conduction speed becomes much slower, leading to deterioration of brain function (such as in Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s). In other words, Lion’s Mane may help keep the brain vital and healthy
Niacin is included in this synergy for its potential to distribute psilocybin and Lion’s Mane more effectively into the brain, thereby increasing the brain-boosting benefits of both substances. Niacin (nicotinic acid), also known as vitamin B3 or vitamin PP, is a vitamin that is produced in the body from the amino acid tryptophan. It is obtained through the diet from a variety of whole and processed foods. Although the names are similar, nicotinic acid has nothing to do with nicotine found in tobacco. To avoid confusion, nicotinic acid is more commonly referred to as niacin. Niacin plays a crucial role in energy and protein metabolism. Without this vitamin, proper metabolism of fats, carbohydrates, and amino acids cannot occur in the body. Niacin has antioxidant properties and is involved in many enzymatic processes. It is essential for the regeneration of skin, muscles, nerves, and DNA.
Lion’s Mane, niacin, and psilocybin taken together have a synergistic effect. It has been shown that the combination of these substances can reduce anxiety and irritability, improve cognitive function and creativity, increase social connections, and provide a greater sense of well-being. This greater sense of well-being can also strengthen our immune system.
Rosemary can have positive effects on circulation, blood flow and metabolism. It is also used to support digestion.
